The Little Sparrow and the Lost Grain

The Little Sparrow and the Lost Grain

Once upon a time in the heart of a lush green forest, there lived a little sparrow named Chirpy. Chirpy was cheerful and loved playing with her friends, but she had one bad habit—she never paid attention to her belongings.

One morning, Chirpy found a shiny golden grain near the river. "This looks delicious! I’ll save it for later," she chirped excitedly and placed it near her nest. But instead of keeping it safe, she forgot all about it while she fluttered away to play.

Hours later, Chirpy returned, hungry and eager to eat her precious grain. But when she looked around her nest, the grain was gone! She searched everywhere, asked her friends, and even checked under the fallen leaves—but it was nowhere to be found.

Feeling sad, she flew to Wise Owl, who always had the best advice. "Chirpy," the owl said kindly, "the forest is full of little creatures who are always looking for food. If you don’t take care of your things, someone else will!"

Chirpy nodded, understanding her mistake. From that day on, she learned to be more careful and always kept her treasures safe.

Moral of the Story: Being responsible and taking care of your belongings prevents loss and disappointment.
